Ordering from Emporium Naturals

After you place your order with Emporium Naturals, you will receive an automatic computer generated email confirmation of the items in your order. An additional email will be sent with the shipping quote and the order total. Then you have the opportunity to complete the order and pay by the method you have choosen. We normally respond to your order by the end of the next business day so if you haven't heard from us within 48 hours, the email may be lost in cyberspace! Before placing your order, please review your items and the quantities. If you need to change a quantity be sure to click the "Update Cart" button to save the changes. Click the Checkout button to complete your order.

Emporium Naturals offers various methods for you to purchase your favorite soaps, sundries and supplies. No matter which method you choose, we guarantee a high quality of service and customer care.

Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Discover.
Send your order from the website, call it in over the phone, send an email, or mail it with a stamp. We WILL NOT charge your card until we ship your order. If you send an order via the website or email we will send you a confirmation email requesting that you call our toll free order line with your credit card information. DO NOT submit your card number in an email or on the website

PayPal:
We accept PayPal. When you place your order, select PayPal as the method of payment. We will email the total including shipping, (our standard procedure) and our Paypal address for transfer. Personal Checks and Money Orders:
You can order by telephone, email or snail mail and we will confirm your order including shipping. Orders paid by personal check are held 10 days prior to shipping for your check to be processed. Orders paid by money order are shipped immediately on receipt. Confirmed orders are considered cancelled if payment is not received with 14 days of confirmation. If we receive your check or money order after this time, we will reconfirm... However, your order may be subject to any price changes after the 14 days period has elapsed.

Since we offer "member services" such as a permanent shopping cart and the ability to look up previous orders, it's now easier than ever to re-order some of your more common items. Just go to your account page and pull up any previous order you have placed to quickly reorder.
