Our "Returns and Refund" rules are pretty simple... if we made the mistake, we will fix it! If you made the mistake, we will do our best to work with you for an exchange or refund (subject to a 10% restocking fee) and you pay the shipping. PLEASE NOTE! WE CAN NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF OPENED PRODUCTS unless we made the mistake!

Always check your order as soon as you receive it and let us know immediately if there is a problem. We will give you instructions for returns or exchanges. In no event can we accept return notification later than 3 days from original delivery.

Refunds are promptly issued in the same manner the funds were received (i.e. credit card purchase will have a credit card refund, purchase made with personal check or money order will be paid via company check).
