We ship UPS or USPS, whichever is most cost effective for you. Please let us know if you have a preference or wish Express Delivery (for an extra charge). We DO NOT charge handling or packing fees, you pay ONLY exact shipping.

All packages are insured at no additional charge.

Summer heat can have a serious affect on certain products. Essential oils and bases are sensitive to extreme heat. If we must delay shipping of your order due to the weather, we will let you know. And yes, sometimes we forget, but we will do our best to give you a heads up.

The Shop is open to the public for order pick-up. We are located at One Pleasant St, Cohasset, MA 02025 and the local phone is 781-383-3434. Hours are 10am to 4pm Monday to Saturday. You MUST call ahead or place the order on line and let us know when you'll be here for order pick up.

We recycle everything we can get our hands on. We do this to keep the packaging out of the landfill and to keep your costs down as well as our own. Most of our plastic buckets are purchased from a recycling facility specializing in the redistribution of containers for the food industry. Other packaging materials are gathered in cooperation with other small business in our area and from the collection area of our local recycling center. We ask you to do the same and recycle or dispose of your packaging materials in an earth-friendly way.
